This article covers the maximum amount of leads that can be displayed at one time in the SalesRabbit mobile apps.
NOTE: This is not a limit on the number of leads stored/created in your SalesRabbit account. This information applies to the amount being displayed at one time in the mobile apps.
- The SalesRabbit mobile apps (iOS & Android) can display a combined total of 200,000 lead pins at one time:
- 100,000 Owned Leads
- 100,000 Shared Leads (prioritized by most recently updated)
This limitation is intentionally built into the mobile app to maintain smooth performance and usability. The app is optimized to work within the hardware constraints of mobile devices, ensuring users can navigate and access data without experiencing lag or crashes.
To prevent devices from being overloaded, the app displays only the most recently updated leads. Allowing more than this limit would risk overwhelming the device’s memory and processing capabilities, potentially leading to app crashes or degraded performance.
The current cap is designed to balance performance, reliability, and usability across a wide range of mobile devices.
Pro Tips & Best Practices
It is important to consider what your users need to see in the mobile app. Needing to view 200k leads all at once in the mobile app is a rare occurrence.
- This is NOT a limitation on the number of leads stored in your SalesRabbit account. You could have millions of leads in your SalesRabbit account with the most recent being actively displayed in the mobile app.
- Use Roles and Org Assignments to give your SalesRabbit users visibility on leads that are needed. (For example; Excluding shared visibility on leads for other Offices & Teams)
- When displaying leads, the app will prioritize syncing leads that belong to the user who is logged in over displaying "shared leads".
- Also, whether displaying Shared Leads or Owned Leads, the app will prioritize syncing leads based on the last updated date (meaning more recently updated leads will sync and appear first).
- Use the Webb App leads list to help manage leads in bulk.
FAQs
- Can you increase the limit for my account?
- Currently no. If increased to be any higher, the app would most certainly crash as a result of the device hardware not having the capacity to process all of the data being pushed through. For optimal efficiency of typical mobile devices, and local storage capacity, 200k is the cap.
- I want my reps to see all of our current customers. How I do that without hitting the 200K Limitation?
- Use the Customer Locator Feature. Customer pins are not leads and therefore do not count toward the limit.
