Article Overview
This article covers accessing and managing leads in bulk on the web application! By following these steps you can Export leads, reassign leads, update lead statuses, and delete leads in bulk.
1. Click on SalesHub -> Leads within the left-hand menu.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the gray filter icon.
3. Choose your date ranges, reps needed for the information being pulled, and statuses if you do not want all statuses applied.
Definitions:
Date Created - when the lead was first entered into the system (note: if you use DataGrid, this Date Created needs to be inclusive of the date the area was drawn and assigned; if you need to filter based off of modified lead statuses, filter by either Last Updated or Last Status Update).
Last Updated - any update to a lead, whether it be updated in the lead details (phone number or notes added, for example) or the lead status was updated.
Last Status Update - includes any lead status that was updated (for example "Not Home" to "Appointment Set" etc).
Appointment - a lead has an appointment applied in the Lead Detail page.
4. When you apply the date ranges, a pop-up will appear allowing you to choose from "Quick Date" ranges or manually enter specific dates.
If you simply want to "Clear" out a date range to use another option (ie, "Last Updated" is pre-populated, but you want to filter by "Appointment" instead), simply click the word "Clear", on the bottom left.
If you applied a date range, click "Done" to save the selection.
5. Once you have applied all the necessary parameters, click "Done."
6. In the upper left-hand corner, click the box. Notice if you have more than 10 leads populated, only 10 leads will automatically be applied. To include all leads from your applied filters, go to the middle of the page and click "Select All Leads."
7. Once all leads are selected, click the downward arrow in the upper left-hand corner to the right of the checkbox and to the left of "Status."
8. Apply the appropriate action.
