This article will cover how to access the activity tab within a lead.
The Activity Tab (iOS)
- Log in to your account by launching the SalesRabbit app on your iOS device. Then click on the 'SalesHub' button.
- The 'Activity' section is found within the lead. Click on a dispositioned lead within an account. Then click on the 'Pencil' icon in the top right-hand corner of the lead menu screen.
- After you select the lead. You will need to click on the 'Pencil' icon to pull up the lead menu or select "See Activity" above the pencil icon.
- Now that you are in a lead you can see the 'Activity' tab at the top of the screen. The 'Activity' tab will show you the complete history for each lead in your account.
- When you create a lead it will mark the date and time that the lead was created in the 'Activity' tab. It will also mark the date and time of who created the lead and your proximity to that lead when it was created/updated.
- The 'Activity' page will also update with more information once you change the lead status for a lead. It will mark the date and time when you update the lead status, or if you change the lead ownership. This will allow you to keep track of where this lead is within your sales cycle.
- You also have a section at the top of the screen to see when the lead was 'Last Updated.'
The Activity Tab (Android)
- Log in to your account by launching the SalesRabbit app on your Android device. Click on the three stacked lines in the top left-hand corner. Then click on the 'SalesHub' button.
- The 'Activity' section is found within the lead. Click on a dispositioned lead within an account. Then click on the 'Pencil' icon in the top right-hand corner of the lead menu screen or the "See Activity" button.
- After you select the 'Pencil' icon, this will pull up the lead information page.
- Then Select "Activity", which will take you to the Lead Activity page.
- When you create a lead it will mark the date and time that the lead was created. It will also mark the date and time when the lead was last updated.
Pro Tips
- The Lead "Activity" tab can be hidden from users through the Lead Activity permission in Roles & Permissions.
