This article will walk users through performing a manual sync on Android.
Note: SalesRabbit automatically performs a lead sync in the background every few minutes. These steps are not required to initiate a sync, but they can be helpful in some troubleshooting scenarios.
Part 1: Navigating to Manual Sync on Android
This part will guide users on how to perform a manual lead sync on the SalesRabbit mobile app for Android devices.
- From the home page, click the three stacked lines in the upper left-hand corner.
- Note: the last time a lead sync was completed will be listed on the bottom of the home page.
- Select the arrow next to your email address -> click “Manage Account”.
- This will open your app settings.
Part 2: Enabling Manual Sync on Android
- Make sure “Auto Sync Data” is enabled/toggled on.
- Click and check that your email is up to date as well.
- Select your account email -> click "Sync Account" to perform a manual sync.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the three stack dots -> click “Sync Now”.
