This article demonstrates how to access and search for leads in a list view from the iOS mobile app.

TIP: ensure that your mobile app filters are set appropriate when using lead search. The "Leads" and "Shared Leads" filters will impact which leads will appear on the mobile app leads list.



Part 1: Access Lead List

This part will demonstrate how to access the lead list from the SalesRabbit iOS mobile app.

  • From the SalesRabbit mobile app, navigate to "SalesHub" -> click "Leads" from the top menu.
  • This page will display a list of leads, according to the filters that have been set.

  • At the top of the screen, there is a blank "Search" field.
  • The "> All" dropdown allows you to select which criteria you'd like to specifically search by.
    • Searchable options include: Business Name, First Name, Last Name, Street, City, and Campaigns.
    • Note: leaving this option on "All" will produce leads by all available criteria.

  • Users are also able to "Sort" by Ascending/Descending by Name, Distance, Appointment, and Last updated with the three lines to the right of the All button.

  • Once the desired lead has been located, users can perform the following functions:
    • Select the "Lead Name" to quickly access that lead's detail page.
    • If a lead has a scheduled appointment, the "Bell" icon will display the date/time for the appointment.
    • Select the "Map" icon to quickly navigate to that lead's physical location on the map.

Pro Tips

  • Don't forget to ensure your "Leads" and "Shared Leads" filters are set appropriately before using the lead search. Otherwise, you may not see the lead(s) you are searching for.
