Article Overview
This article will cover how to manage the mobile app filters found in the SalesHub. Each user is in control of which filters have been set on their own devices.
TIP: The ability to view other user's leads is dependent on whether their role has the "View Leads" permission enabled.
Filters (iOS)
This part will explain how to access your filters in the SalesRabbit Mobile App (iOS) SalesHub Map.
- Once logged into the mobile app, navigate to "SalesHub" -> select the funnel "Filters" icon in the upper left corner.

Leads Filter:
- This filters allows a user to determine which of their leads they want to view on the SalesHub Map. Changes to this filter only affect leads where the user is the lead owner.
- Filter leads by Date Created or by specific lead statuses.

Shared Leads Filter:
- The shared leads filters allows users to determine which leads they'd like to view on the map that belong to other users, or leads where the user is not the lead owner.

This filters allows users to choose whose leads they're viewing, filter for leads created within a specified date range, and to filter out leads of deselected statuses.
- Tip: The default for "Quick Date" is set to "today". Instruct your team members to change the "Quick Date" from "today" to "All-Time". Otherwise they'll only view leads created on today's date.

DataGrid Filter:
- The DataGrid filter will be available on accounts with the DataGrid Add-On.
- This filter allows users to filter for DataGrid Pins (homes) that meet a specified criteria based on the demographic information available through DataGrid.
- Options to filter for include; Buyer Score, Year Home Built, Home Value, Square Feet, Length of Residence, Household Size, Credit Score, Age, Household Income, Gender, Primary Spoken Language, Occupancy, Marital Status, and Occupation.

Customers Filter:
- This filter allows users to determine which Customer Pins they would like to view on the SalesHub Map.

Areas Filter:

As the logged in user, you will always be able to see your assigned areas. The Areas filters allows users to view other user's assigned areas. Choose which user's areas you'd like to appear on the map. You can also filter for when areas were created.
- Note: the "Manage Areas" permission must be enabled for your role in order to access this filter.

User Locations Filter:

When users are out in the field, SalesRabbit will mark their locations with a geolocation pin every ~5 min. This filter allows users to choose which user locations you'd like to view, and for which day/date range you'd like to view locations for.
- Note: the "User Locations" permission must be enabled for your role to access this filter.
- Note: our system will purge the user location data after 2 weeks.

Map Overlays Filter:
- Users can upload a map overlay (KML or KMZ file) to SalesRabbit. Any overlay that is uploaded will be available under the "Map Overlays" filter.
- Often used for storm chasers, hail maps, targeted locations, etc.
- With this filter, users are able to select a specific map overlay that you'd like to view on the SalesHub map.
Filters (Android)
This part will walk through the available filters available on an Android mobile app. Whatever a user's filters are set to ultimately determines what information (leads, DataGrid pins, areas...) will appear on the map in the mobile app.
- Filters are accessible from the SalesHub Map Screen in the upper right corner. It is represented by three lines resembling an upside down triangle or tornado shape.
- Options to filter for include:

- This filters allows users to filter in/out leads where they are listed as the lead owner.
- Actions included are the ability to filter their own leads by the a specified date range, or choose to only view leads that are currently marked at a specific status(es).

Shared Leads:
- This filters allows users to filter in/out leads where other reps are listed as the lead owner.
- Note: this filter only appears for users whose role has the "View Other's Leads" permission enabled.
- Actions included are the ability to filter other's leads by owner, a specified date range, or choose to only view other's leads that are currently marked at a specific status(es).
- Tip: it's recommended to change the "Quick Date" filter to "All-time".
- This filters allows users to filter in/out leads where other reps are listed as the lead owner.

DataGrid:
- This filter will manage which DataGrid pins will appear on your map.
- Note: only accounts with the DataGrid add-on as part of their plan will have this filter available.
- This filter will display a list of different demographic options. Simply slide the cursor to set max/min values and it will filter out DataGrid pins that do not meet the set criteria, allow you to target homes that meet a specific demographic.
- This filter will manage which DataGrid pins will appear on your map.

- This filters allows a user to view areas on the map that other reps are assigned. This filter will not impact whether or not your assigned areas appear on the SalesHub map.
