Tools (iOS)

This sections demonstrates how to access Tools on the SalesRabbit iOS mobile app.

• From the mobile app navigation bar, navigate to "Tools".

• Within tools, users can access any resources that have been uploaded or added by the account admin.
• Sales Materials:
  • Users can access uploaded sales materials. Materials can be organized into their own folders as needed.
  • The "Star" icon to the left of each materials allows users to favorite a material, storing that item under the default "Favorites" folder.

• Sketch Board:
  • Users have access to a sketch board which acts as an in-app pen & paper. This is a location where the user can write a quick note or make a drawing for the customer.
  • Click the paint palette icon in the upper right corner to adjust the color and size of the pen.
  • The sketch board will not save information, so be sure to take a screenshot before navigating away.

• Connectors:
  • Any connectors that have been created will also be available under the tools section as long as the connector is marked as "Optional" or "No" in the setup.
  • Examples of connectors can be a link to the company website, a scheduling/booking link, or a link to a YouTube playlist.
    • Note: connectors are only available to accounts on the Pro plan.

• From the mobile app "Home" page, select the three line navigation icon in the upper left corner. 

• Under the "Tools" dropdown, users can access any resources that have been uploaded or added by the account admin.

• Sales Materials:
  • Users can access uploaded sales materials. Materials can be organized into their own folders as needed.
