This video covers accessing Sales Materials, the sketch board, and connectors (including a quick sample of our Calendly connector).
Part 1: Tools
What this part will cover.
- To access tools on iOS, click on 'Tools'. Here you have access to any tools that your company has uploaded or imported into SalesRabbit.
- Sales Materials - Here you can click on the folder that you wish to use. Then you can access the file that you are searching for. You can also add Sales Materials to the account in PDF format. (Use the following link to see how to add Sales Materials to your account: 8. Sales Materials )
- Additionally, any connectors can be listed here as long as you select 'Optional' or 'No' when creating the connector. (Use the following link to see how to create a Connector: Connectors | Set Up.)
- You can then choose the folder that you would like to access. The sales materials will then show up on the next page.
- This is where you can see the Sales Materials that have been added to the account. You can also click on the 'star' icon to the left of the Sales Material to mark it as a 'Favorite' Sales Material item.
- Sketch Board is a place to jot down some written notes or make a drawing for the home owner.
- This is not a saved drawing/note unless you screenshot it before exiting the Sketch board.
