In this article, we will go over how to navigate to, create and edit comments

IMPORTANT: Anyone can delete their own comments if necessary. Admins, with the appropriate permissions (Manage leads - Permission On), can remove all user comments.


Step 1: Comments Section

Navigating to the comments section of a lead.

  • Log in to your SalesRabbit Mobile app with your email address and password.
  • Navigate to the SalesHub.
  • Select a new/existing lead from the Map.
  • From the pop-up, click on the 'Pencil Icon' to edit the lead

Step 2: Leave a Comment

Locate 'View Comments' on the lead details page and leave a comment.

Step 3: Managing Comments

Create or Delete Comments

  • Add a comment
  • Comments keep track of the dates and users who left the comment, so if ownership of the lead changes, the comment history will remain for the new lead owner.
  • Delete a comment
    • To delete: Swipe to the left on a comment and click 'Delete'
