This guide walks through the process of editing competitions within Amplify for Company Admins or Competition Admins, detailing how to access and modify competition settings through the competition creation wizard.

TIP: In order to edit/create a competition, an Amplify user must have the "Competitions" permission enabled for their user.


Part 1: Edit a Competition

This part will demonstrate how to edit an ongoing competition in Amplify.

  • From the Amplify Web App, navigate to "Competitions" -> select the three dot icon to the right of the competition to "Edit" that competition.
  • Admins will then be able to edit any of the "Steps" when creating a competition. This includes changing who is participating in the competition, what metrics will count toward the competition, the start/end dates, and prizes offered for the competition.
  • After making modifications, click "Save Changes".
