This article covers how to use the SalesRabbit application while in offline mode.
TIP: After using SalesRabbit in offline mode, you need to make sure that you allow 1-5 minutes for the data to sync properly with our servers after you have reconnected to WiFi or cellular data. If for some reason you were to delete the app before it had proper time to sync with our servers then you would lose your lead data.
Part 1: Disconnect from WiFi or Cellular Data
You can use the SalesRabbit mobile application in 'Offline Mode'. This means that you do not need to be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular data in order to use the application. Simply open the app and begin to create & manage leads.
- Open your device and navigate to settings (on iOS you can drag the screen down to access connection settings).
- Navigate to your connection settings and disable WiFi or cellular data to disconnect from the internet.
- Note: these are your device settings, not SalesRabbit settings.
Part 2: Creating Leads Offline
You will be be able to create and edit leads while on offline mode the same way you create and edit leads normally.If you have our DataGrid feature added to your plan you can also create leads from DataGrid while in 'Offline Mode'.

- Note: You will need to populate the DataGrid information in the SalesRabbit mobile app while you are connected to the internet. Create and assign areas before going offline and have any reps refresh the app to populate DataGrid pins before they go offline. You cannot populate DataGrid information unless you are connected to the internet.

- Leads created while offline will save on your device but not on the SalesRabbit software until you are able to reconnect to the internet and sync your leads.
Part 3: Reconnect and Sync
After connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi or any network, be sure to wait 1-5 minutes for the data to sync properly with our servers. After the information has properly synced, you can then go to the Web application of SalesRabbit to confirm that the lead data has synced.

Return to your device settings and enable WiFi or cellular data.
- Wait 1-5 minutes for the data to sync properly.
- Access the SalesRabbit website at salesrabbit.com.
- Sign in to your account.
- Access "Leads" in the left-hand menu under "SalesHub"

Confirm that your leads have synced.
- You can confirm by searching first and last names of your new leads or by filtering the date ranges. Note: leads should automatically display in order of date created with latest leads at the top, if they do not, check your filters.
- Click one of your new leads to access lead information.

- Each lead you create in 'Offline Mode' is going to save the date & time of when the lead was created. You won't need to worry about all of them sharing at the same time once the data is synced with our servers.

Pro Tips
To speed up the sync process you can also create a test lead after reconnecting to sync the new leads faster.
