This article covers how to use the SalesRabbit application while in offline mode.
***Note: White using SalesRabbit in offline mode, after you have connected to Wi-Fi or any network, you need to make sure that you allow about 1-5 minutes for the data to sync properly with our servers. If for some reason you were to delete the app before it had proper time to sync with our servers then you will lose your lead data.***
You can use the SalesRabbit mobile application in 'Offline Mode'. This means that you do not need to be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular data in order to use the application. Simply open the app and begin to create & manage leads. Creating & Editing Leads
If you have our DataGrid feature added to your plan you can also create leads from DataGrid while in 'Offline Mode'. ***Note: You will need to populate the DataGrid information in the SalesRabbit mobile app while you are connected to the internet. You cannot populate DataGrid information unless you are connected to the internet.***
(As you can see in the picture below you can still create leads from DataGrid while in 'Offline Mode'.)
After connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi or any network, be sure to wait 1-5 minutes for the data to sync properly with our servers. After the information has properly synced, you can then go to the Web application of SalesRabbit to confirm that the lead data has synced.
Each lead you create in 'Offline Mode' is going to save the date & time of when the lead was created. You won't need to worry about all of them sharing at the same time once the data is synced with our servers.
Pro Tip: You can also create another new test lead once you have connected to the internet to begin the syncing process sooner.
