Should I delete and reinstall the app to troubleshoot issues? 

No - there are some instances where Support may recommend deleting and reinstalling the app, but we do not recommend this as a go-to for troubleshooting because this can cause other issues that may make your experience worse, such as lead data loss.

The first thing we recommend trying is a reboot of the device. If that doesn't work, and you believe you may have found a bug, please email support@salesrabbit.com or call (801) 418-9009, option 1 to discuss troubleshooting with a Product Specialist.

How do I reboot my device? Isn't that the same thing as turning it off/on?

Rebooting your device is different than powering it off/on. Rebooting will reset your device's connection with your apps.

For Android: Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen shut down and you see the reboot animation.

For iOS: Press and hold the Home button (or volume down depending on the device) and Power button simultaneously until your iPhone / iPad reboot (ignore the "Slide to Turn Off"), you can release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
