Part 2: Common Troubleshooting Questions

  • Q: Should I delete/reinstall the app to troubleshoot issues?
    • A: No - there are some instances where Support may recommending deleting and reinstalling the app, but we do not recommend this as a go-to troubleshooting solution because this can cause other issues that may make your experience worse, such as lead data loss. The first thing we recommend is a reboot of the device. If that doesn't work, and you believe you may have found a bug, please email or call support.
  • Q: How do I reboot my device? Is that the same as turning it off/on?
    • A: Rebooting your device is different than power it off/on. Rebooting will reset your device's connection with your apps.
      • For Android: hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen shut down and you see the reboot animation.
      • For iOS: press and hold the home button (or volume down button, depending on the device) and power button simultaneously until your device reboots (ignore the "Slide to Turn Off"), you can release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
