Shared Leads Filters (Android)

  • Updated

Article Overview

The Shared Leads filter will enable a SalesRabbit user to view other people's leads.

TIP: The ability to view "Shared Leads" filter is dependent on a user's role and set permissions. Only a user with the "View Leads" permission will have access to the Shared Leads filter.

Part 1: Shared Leads (Android)

This part will cover how to manage the shared leads filter on Android devices. The Shared Leads filter allows users to view other rep's leads on the mobile app SalesHub map.

  • From an Android mobile device, navigate to the SalesHub Map by selecting the menu icon in the upper right corner.

  • On Android devices, the filters icon will be found in the upper right hand corner. It's represented by an upside down triangle made of three lines.
  • Select the "Filters" icon.

  • If a users role has the permission to "View Leads" enabled, then the Shared Leads filter will appear as on option to filter by.
  • Toggling on/off this filter will determine whether or not the user can view other people's leads on the SalesHub Map.
    • Tip: If you're wanting to track your reps leads on the map, or ensure you're not double knocking, leave the "Shared Leads" filter in the on position.

  • Selecting the arrow to the left of the words "Shared Leads" will open a dropdown menu of specific items you can filter other reps leads by.
  • Options to filter by include:
    • Owner: filter leads by lead owner (choose, specifically, whose leads you'd like to view).
    • Filter By: filter leads by "Date Created", "Last Updated", or "Appointment Date".
    • From/To Date: filter for leads that were created within a specified start/end date range.
    • Quick Date: filter leads by selecting a preset time frame.
      • Note: for day-to-day work, we recommend using "Quick Date" because the selection of time will always be relevant.
    •  Campaigns: filter for leads that are assigned to a specific campaign.
    • Lead Statuses: filter for other's leads of desired statuses.
      • Note: selected lead statuses will be indicated by a bolded circle around the status.
