Article Overview
This article provides an overview of the Campaign feature in SalesRabbit, including its purpose and how to set it up.
What are Campaigns? The campaign feature allows for leads to be assigned to a designated "Campaign". This allows SalesRabbit administrators to efficiently monitor and track lead incentives and performance as well as the impact a Campaign has on the lead conversion and sales process.
With Campaigns, you can:
- Create, edit, and manage campaigns through our campaign detail page.
- Effortlessly assign campaigns using the new import tool, enabling quick bulk assignments within the SalesRabbit system, saving valuable time and effort. Additionally, manual assignment is also available for added flexibility.
- Explore a campaign name and view a comprehensive list of associated leads attached to the campaign for greater visibility and insight.
- View and reassign the associated campaign on your lead from the lead list, allowing you to have better visibility and control on the lead.
Note: If you would like this feature enabled on your SalesRabbit account, please reach out your CSM or the SalesRabbit Support team.
