Article Overview

This article provides an overview of the Campaign feature in SalesRabbit, including its purpose and how to set it up.

NOTE: If you would like this feature enabled on your SalesRabbit account, please reach out your CSM or the SalesRabbit Support team.

What are Campaigns?

The campaign feature in SalesRabbit allows for leads to be assigned to a designated "Campaign." This allows SalesRabbit administrators to efficiently monitor and track lead incentives and performance as well as the impact the Campaign has on the lead conversion and sales process.

With Campaigns, you can:

  • Create, edit, and manage campaigns through our campaign detail page.
  • Effortlessly assign campaigns using the new import tool, enabling quick bulk assignments within the SalesRabbit system, saving valuable time and effort. Additionally, manual assignment is also available for added flexibility.
  • Explore a campaign name and view a comprehensive list of associated leads attached to the campaign for greater visibility and insight.
  • View and reassign the associated campaign on your lead from the lead list, allowing you to have better visibility and control on the lead.

Enable the Campaign Permissions

By default, the account "Owner" and "Admin" roles can Manage Campaigns.

The Manage Campaign permission allows that role to, Create, edit, and delete campaigns.

This can be enabled for additional Roles in the "Roles and Permissions" settings of the web app.

    • Settings > Roles & Permissions > Select the Role and Toggle On/Off

  • Import Leads with campaigns and assign them to the correct campaign previously created via the new import tool.

  • Go to campaigns and select campaign name and see the lead status and lead count on the campaign.

  • You also have the option to manually reassign an individual lead to a different campaign.
