Pro Tips

  • The Occupancy filter is the most popular, as it allows you to remove pins listed as renters.
  • Consider data points that will be useful for your industry. Here are some popular examples:
    • Solar: Credit Score, Length of Residence.
    • Roofing/Home Improvement: Year Home Built
    • It is still a good idea to knock on every door. But filters allow you to focus  on the homes that may be a higher priority to you in your first pass through an area.
