Pro Tips

  • The Occupancy filter is the most popular, as it will allow you to remove pins that have renters.
  • Consider data points that will be useful for your industry. Here are some popular examples:
    • Solar
      • Credit Score
      • Length of residence
    • Roofing & Home Improvement
      • Year Home built
  • It is still a good idea to knock on every door. But filters allow you to focus on the homes that may be a higher priority to you in your first pass through an area.
