Article Overview

The Shared Leads filter will enable a SalesRabbit user to view other people's leads.

TIP: access to the "Shared Leads" filter is dependent on a user's role and set permissions. Only a user whose role has the "View Leads" permission enabled will have access to the Shared Leads filter.

  • From the SalesRabbit Web App, select "Settings" -> select "Roles & Permissions".
