  • Selecting the Lasso Tool will transform your finger into a drawing tool, allowing users to trace around a neighborhood and create an area to assign to a user.
  • Use your finger to create a boundary around the area you'd like to create. Once you close the area, you'll then be presented with a list of users to assign that area.
    • Note: if you have multiple offices in your Org Chart, you'll first be asked which office this area is to be assigned to.
  • Select the user(s) you'd like to assign that area to -> click "Save".

  • The boundary you created will then turn into that user's user color. That user will then be able to view DataGrid Pins on homes inside their assigned territories.
    • Note: in the screenshot below, there are two created areas (1 Green, 1 Purple). Users will only be able to view DataGrid Pins on homes inside of areas they've been assigned to. If the Green user wanted to view DataGrid Pins in the Purple user's area, the Green user would also have to be assigned to Purple's area.
