Learn how to create boards for mobile widgets in Amplify to display key data on your mobile device. This guide covers the steps to configuring widget settings to view data from the mobile app.
TIP: Widgets created on your web dashboard are not automatically added to the mobile app view. You'll need to also configure a mobile app widget in order to view the data on mobile.

Part 1: Create a Board for Mobile App Widgets
Learn how to create a new board for the Amplify mobile app. A board presents a collection of statistics in the mobile app. In order to view mobile app widgets on your mobile device, those widgets must live on a board. Boards can be configured by title, team access, access level, and set a default period.
- Navigate to the Amplify Dashboard -> "Manage Boards".
- This page will display all available boards in your company.

To add an app board, navigate to "App Boards" in the upper left.
- Note: By default, all accounts will have two boards: "Lead Status Activities" and "Lead Stage Activities". Default widgets will exist on those boards. New widgets can be created and assigned to either board.
- Select "+ Add board" to create a new mobile app board.

Create a new board:
- Title: The title of your board. It will be shown in the mobile application.
- Team Access: If you want to limit which teams can access the board, choose a subset of teams in this dropdown. If no access limitations are intended, leave it as is.
- Access Level: Choose what types of access rights are needed to see the board. Setting the access level to "Users" will make the board visible only to users without any admin rights in their mobile application.
- Default Period: Users will be able to alter the period of widgets show statistics for in the mobile app. The default period defines the initial period of time they find statistics for when they open the board, before altering any filters.
- When finished, click "Create" and you will be redirected to the boards overview.
Part 2: Create a Mobile Widget
This part will cover how to create/edit a mobile widget. A mobile widget will provide users the ability to view data on widgets in the mobile app.
- Navigate to the Amplify Dashboard (on the web) and select "Manage Boards".
- Navigate to your "App boards" to view all available boards on the mobile app.
- This page displays the active mobile app boards. Each board contains the widgets that are visible from the mobile app.

Select the "+" icon to add a new widget to your mobile app board.
- Note: The default widgets (Doors Knocked, Contact Made, Appointment Set, and Sold) are added as default mobile widgets for all new accounts.
- A mobile widget creation page will appear.

Configure the following options to create a new mobile widget:
- Metric: select the metric whose data you'd like to report in this mobile widget.
- Layout: choose how you'd like the data to display. Bar, Number, Table, and Line graph displays are available for mobile widgets.
- View by: choose how you'd like the data to display (by user, team, department, company...).

- Title: Name the widget by using the metric name or creating a custom title/description.
- Once configured, click "Create Widget".
- The new mobile widget will appear at the bottom of the board it was created for.
- Individual widgets can be edited, copied or removed.
- Selecting the cogwheel icon on the mobile app board allows you to edit the board, reorder the widgets or delete the board entirely.
Part 3: Viewing Mobile Widgets
This part will cover how to view mobile widgets on the Amplify Mobile App.
Note: Examples below are the default mobile widgets that new accounts will have on their account.
- Mobile app widgets can be viewed in the Amplify mobile app by navigating to the Dashboard icon, represented by a bar graph.
- The dashboard page will display every widget available on your selected board.

Dashboard Navigation Tips:
- Toggle between different mobile boards with the dropdown of your screen.
- Select the date range you'd like to view data for.
- View available mobile app widgets on it's appropriate board. Oftentimes, these widgets will be leaderboard information regarding defined metrics.
Pro Tips
- Amplify mobile app widgets are different from the Amplify web dashboard widgets. They must be configured separately.
