Article Overview
This article explains how Achievement Streaks work in Amplify, including how they are started, how the streak count operates, and what can reset a streak.
Part 1: Achievement Streaks
What the second part will cover Achievement streaks enable users to start a streak by unlocking badges consecutively. Streaks are displayed next to the user's name on leaderboards and their profile.
- For detailed configuration instructions, refer to the Manage Achievements section in the Help Center.
- Leaderboard Streaks are leaderboards of users that have reached the highest streaks on an achievement.
- To view Achievement streaks, navigate to "Achievements" from the left menu -> select the achievement -> navigate to "Longest Streaks" within the achievement itself.
- Streaks increase when an achievement is unlocked in two subsequent periods. Continuous unlocks in coming periods increment the streak count.
- Note: streaks are reset if the achievement is not unlocked in a repeating period, with considerations for non-working days based on account settings.
Part 2: Achievement Leaderboard
Achievement leaderboards show the current Streak and the total number of unlocks. Continuous unlocks are key to maintaining streaks.
- To view the Streak Leaderboard for an achievement, select "Achievements" from the left menu in Amplify.
- Next, select an achievement -> navigate to the "Leaderboard". If an achievement has leaderboard streak information, it will be listed on this page.
