This article provides steps for manually assigning Achievements to specific users within Amplify. In this way Admins can provide more targeted recognition and praise toward the work of their users.
TIP: Users must have Admin access within Amplify to perform the actions listed in this article.
Part 1: Access the "Manage Achievements" page in Amplify
Logging into Amplify and navigating to the Manage Achievements page.
- Log in to Amplify at app.amplify.salesrabbit.com
- The email address and password needed to sign in is the same as your SalesRabbit email and password.
- Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select the "Manage" option.
- After selecting "Manage" a menu will pop up. From this menu select the "Achievements" option.
- Once you select the "Achievements" option you will automatically be routed to the "Manage Achievements" page.
Part 2: Manually Assign an Achievement to a User
Navigating the "Manage Achievements" page and assigning achievements to users.
- In the "Manage Achievements" page all of the active achievements are listed out. Scroll down the list to find the achievement you are looking for.
- You can also use the search bar in the menu at the top to search a specific achievement.
- Once you find the achievement you're looking for, select the "Assign" button on the right-hand side of the achievement's row.
- After selecting "Assign" a box will appear for you to "Assign Achievement". Here you can select the user by clicking the drop dow under the word "User".
- You can either scroll until you fined the user, or type the user's name in the search bar which will appear when you click the drop down.
- After the user is selected you can click the toggle switch to show the Achievement recognition on the screen in the home page (this is optional).
- Once everything is selected, click the button to "Assign Achievement".
