Reactivating an Inactive User (Web)

*Note: This ability is only available to the roles which have the permissions to "Manage Users" in the Sales Rabbit Web App.

To reactivate a user you must first find their user profile on dashboard. First go to the Users page. There you will see a listof all your active users. Your "Inactive" users have automatically been filtered out of this list. 

To view your inactive users,  you will have to adjust the filter. Click on the filter button (pictured below)

Under "Filter Users" you will want to change the status either to All or Inactive. (Pictured Below)
All - This will cause your list of users on the page to show both active and inactive users.
Inactive - This will enact  list on this page to only show your inactive users.

Once you have changed the status accordingly click "Done." 

From their you can click on the user you would like to reactivate. Go to the field labeled "Status" and click to open the dropdown menu. Change it from inactive to active. (Pictured Below)
