Lead Status Sync Page:
- IMPORTANT TIP: Please read the following description. If you wish to enable Lead Sync, you NEED to understand how it works.
- Lead status sync means that eLeads will be created in i360 automatically when your specified Lead Status(es) are selected. While very convenient, this can lead to partial/bad data being created in i360. There are very few circumstances where we would recommend using this feature.
- How Lead Sync Works:
- Trigger: syncs automatically on specified SalesRabbit status updates.
- Data Quality: records only move to i360 once all your "Required Fields" are populated.
-
Auto-Retry: if data is missing, the integration retries 3 times (immediate, 2 mins, 5 mins).
- Note: if all retries fail, the lead will not sync until the specified Lead Status is used again.
- Choose if you would like to enable Lead Sync. If choosing to not use Lead Sync, form submission will be the trigger to send lead information from SalesRabbit -> i360 Lightening.
- If choosing to enable Lead Sync, other options will appear on the page.
- Please select the Lead Statuses you'd like to use to send data to i360:
- Use the "+ Add SalesRabbit Statuses" button to select which statuses will act as the "trigger" to send lead data to i360.
- Please select the Lead Statuses you'd like to use to send data to i360:
- Please select the data fields you would like to require for a successful sync:
- Use the "+ Add Fields" button to select which fields are required for a successful sync.
- Click the "Next" button to move onto the next page of the configuration.
-
Lead Source Mapping Page:
- Selecting a Lead Source is required. However, you have some options on how this works.
- Select a default Lead Source and do not map a custom field. This will create every eLead with the selection from this page.
- Select a default Lead Source and map a custom field. This will always prioritize the custom field mapping first. The default will only be used if a value is missing on your form submission.
- Click the "Next" button to move onto the next page of the configuration.
-
Taken By Assignment Page:
- Set up your "Taken By" options. By default, the integration will map the Lead Owner to the i360 Taken By field. The Staff ID is what will be passed to this field, allowing you to set up automations in i360.
- Selecting a default Rep below allows us to fall back to this user if the SalesRabbit user is not found in the list of Staff members in i360.
- Click the "Next" button to move onto the next page of the configuration.
-
Appointment Setup Page:
- "Select a Default Appointment Length" dropdown:
- The integration will automatically populate appointments set in SalesRabbit to i360. In this section you can set the default appointment length.
- Click the "Next" button to move onto the next page of the configuration.
- "Select a Default Appointment Length" dropdown:
-
Custom Field Mapping Page:
- Use the "+ Add Mappings" button to map SalesRabbit Custom Fields to i360 Fields.
