This article demonstrates how use the Lasso Tool to update the lead status of multiple leads (in bulk) on the SalesRabbit Android mobile app.
Part 1: Bulk Lead Ownership Changes
This part will demonstrate how to update the lead status of multiple leads using the Lasso Tool on the SalesRabbit Android mobile app.
- From the SalesRabbit mobile app, navigate to "SalesHub" -> select the "Lasso Tool" in the bottom right corner.
- Use your finger to draw/lasso around the desired leads.
- A menu drawer will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Menu options include; the total number of lasso'd leads, a breakdown/number of each Lead Status, names of users who own leads within the area lasso'd, and all bulk action available.
- Note: ensure your "Shared Leads" filter have been properly set, whether it be turning it off or including leads owned by other users).
- Tip: Users also have the ability to exempt any of the lead statuses and/or any of the lead owners by deselecting them from within this bottom menu. After deselecting any applicable lead owners/statuses, the selected individual(s) and status(es) will be darkened and the colors of the deselected users and statuses will show inverted.
- Menu options include; the total number of lasso'd leads, a breakdown/number of each Lead Status, names of users who own leads within the area lasso'd, and all bulk action available.
- From the drawer at the bottom of your screen, select bulk "Status".
- Users will be able to select from a list of active lead statuses. either search through the list of statuses or search for the user using the magnifying glass icon.
- Once a check mark appears to the right of the individual/status you wish to assign the lasso'd leads, click "Save".
- Confirm the Lead Status change by clicking "Continue", this action CANNOT be reversed.
- All Lasso'd and selected leads will be updated to the chosen status.
