This article demonstrates how to add a file to a lead from the SalesRabbit mobile app (iOS & Android).
Tip: users are able to add up to 20 files to a single lead with a max file size of 200Mb.
Add Files to a Lead (iOS)
This part will demonstrate how to access and attach a file to a lead using SalesRabbit iOS mobile app.
- From the "SalesHub" in the mobile app -> select an existing lead -> "Edit" that lead.
- From the lead detail page, navigate to "Files". This file section will display all previously attached files.
- Click "Add New File" at the bottom of the screen to:
- Attach a photo from your device's photo library.
- Take a photo to attach.
- Upload a file from your device.
- An uploaded file can be renamed by selecting the pencil icon or deleted by swiping the file left.
- Files uploaded from the mobile app can also be visible from the Web App.
- Selecting an existing file will open a file viewer.
- Files can be examined, downloaded, shared, or deleted.
Add Files to a Lead (Android)
This part will demonstrate how to access and attach a file to a lead using SalesRabbit Android mobile app.
- From the "SalesHub" in the mobile app -> select an existing lead -> "Edit" that lead.
- From the lead detail page, navigate to "Files". This file section will display all previously attached files.
- Clicking "+" icon at the bottom right corner to:
- Attach a photo from your device's photo library.
- Take a photo to attach.
- Upload a file from your device.
- An uploaded file can be renamed by selecting the pencil icon or deleted by swiping the file left.
- Files uploaded from the mobile app are also be visible from the lead on the Web App.
- Selecting an existing file will open a file viewer.
- Files can be examined, downloaded, shared, or deleted.
Add/View Lead Files (Web App)
This part will demonstrate how to access and attach a file to a lead using SalesRabbit Web App. Files that are uploaded to a lead from the mobile app can then be viewed on the Web App.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "SalesHub" -> click "Leads".
- Use the "Search" or "Filter" icon to locate the lead with the attached file, or select a lead to attach a file to -> "Edit" that lead.
- Navigate to "Files" within the lead to view any files that were uploaded from the mobile app.
- Click "Add New Files" to attach a file to the lead.
- When adding a file to a lead from the web, users can select the file from their device or drag & drop the file to upload.
- Before attaching, users are able to provide a "Name" for the file -> click "Done".
- The uploaded file with then be accessible to users on Web and Mobile!
Pro Tips
- Users familiar with running Weather Reports will find weather reports as attached files.
