In this Article we will guide you on how to setup Weather Reports and Alerts in the SalesRabbit platform. When configured you will be able to generate weather reports for any address in the SalesRabbit Mobile app and receive weather alerts as an SMS notification/Push Notification to your mobile device.

Part 1: Form Setup
This part will cover how to use the form builder to build a weather form in order to run a weather report for a specific lead's address. This is a prerequisite in order to run the weather configuration wizard in part 2.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> select "Form Builder".
- Select "+ Add New Form" in the upper right corner.
- In the upper left corner, name your new form (ex: Submit Weather Report).
- Under the "Lead Fields" dropdown, pull over the following fields onto your form's section.

- A form with the appropriate field should look like this example:
- Before publishing, select the cogwheel icon in the upper left corner.
- Toggle On "Custom Form Results" -> click "Publish" and confirm.
- You're now ready to run the Weather Configuration Wizard.
Part 2: Weather Configuration Wizard
This part will teach you how to complete/manage the Weather Add-On configuration wizard. Without completing this configuration, users will not be able to run a weather report for a lead's address from the mobile app.
Note: weather MUST be a part of your account's billing plan in order to complete this configuration.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Integrations" -> "Marketplace" -> "Add-Ons" -> select the "Weather" tile to begin the configuration.
- Navigate to "Configuration" -> select "Enable" or "Reconfigure".
- If you have previously enabled this add-on, "Reconfigure" will appear instead of "Enable".
- Under the "Form" dropdown, select the name of the form you built in Part 1 of the article.
- Click "Next" to move onto the next page of the configuration.
- Enter the company details you would like to appear at the top of your weather report pdfs.
- Company Name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code are required fields.
- Click "Next" to move onto the next page of the configuration.
- Push notifications can be enabled per state. Add the states that you would like to receive weather alert push notifications for on this page.
- Note: SMS Text Alerts can also be set up by entering a phone number on a SalesRabbit User's Profile. A phone number is not required to receive push notifications, just text alerts.
- If needing to add more than one state, select "+ Add State" for a new dropdown selection.
- Click "Next" to move onto the next page of the configuration.

Select the weather events you'd like to receive push notifications for. Options to receive notification for include:

- Extreme Wind:
- High Wind:
- Predictive Wind:
- Click "Finish" to apply your changes.
Part 3: Submit a Weather Report on the Mobile App (iOS)
Weather reports are generated by submitting the "Weather Report" form from within a lead. This part will teach users how to run a weather report for a specific lead's address from the SalesRabbit iOS mobile app.
- From the SalesHub Map on the mobile app, create a new lead, or navigate to an existing lead on your map -> select the "Edit" pencil icon to go to that lead's information page.
- Navigate to "Forms" at the top -> select the "Weather Report" form.

Address information will auto-populate from the lead. Confirm the lead address information is accurate -> click "Submit".
- Note: a successful submission will display a green banner at the top of your screen.
- The weather report will generate as a pdf under the lead's "Files" tab.
- Navigate from "Forms" -> "Files".
- The weather report pdf will be downloadable from the lead's "Files" tab.
- Note: files to attach to lead within 2 minutes of generation, but depending on data size and sync times this response may vary. The file can be generated quicker but backing out of the lead and reopening it.

- Users can run as many weather reports as they would like.
