Article Overview
This article details how our Map Overlays feature supports certain tags located within the KML and KMZ files. These tags can be found within the XML document that makes up the KML/KMZ file.
Note: *** The supported tags vary depending on whether you're on iOS or Android. ***
To view the XML, simply open your file in an acceptable text editor.
If your file contains tags that do not appear in the list below, then it is likely that the file will not show up as expected on the app. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect for each:
iOS:

Note: The max file size for a map overlay file is 10 MB.
