This guide demonstrates for Company Admins how to attribute XP and levels to activities and achievements in Amplify.
Required User Privileges: Company Admin
Step 1 - Access XP & Level Settings
- Click Manage in the bottom left-hand menu.
- Under the Gamification section, click on "XP & Levels".
Step 2 - Set the XP Values for Lead Status Activities
- In the column to the right of the lead status activity choose the amount of XP that you want to reward for each activity. More XP should be given to "Customer" or "Appointment" activities.
- Be sure to click on 'Save Changes" once you have adjusted the XP for each activity in your account.
Step 3 - Set the XP Values for Achievements
- In the number field below the achievements choose the amount of XP that you want to reward. More XP should be given to the higher difficulty of an Achievement.
- Be sure to click on 'Save Changes" once you have adjusted the XP for each activity in your account.
Step 4 - Set the XP Model Styling for Levels
- Select the XP model style that you want to use for your account. Be sure to click on "Save Changes" once you have selected the checkbox to the left of the XP model.
