Configuring and customizing XP & Levels in Amplify offers a powerful way to motivate your sales team and track their progress. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and personalize these features, ensuring they align with your organization's goals. By following these instructions, you can create a dynamic and engaging environment that encourages your team to achieve their targets and reach new milestones.
TIP: This feature is available to Pro accounts or higher with Amplify. This permission is only available to Admins and Owners.
How to get to XP & Levels:
- To configure XP & Levels, start by logging into SalesRabbit. Click the Amplify button located at the top left of the Options Drawer.
- Next Click on Manage in the Bottom Left Corner of the Amplify Drawer.
- This will open a menu where you will select the XP & Levels Option.
XP Configuration:

This will take you to the XP & Levels configuration page. The XP per Activity is the default window that opens.
- In order to set XP for each Activity Type (Lead Disposition) you can drag the Red Circle on the Bar to the desired XP amount (up to 1000) or you can set the exact XP amount in the Box to the left of the Red Circle.

The Achievements Tab will take you to the Acheivement XP page. This is where you can set the amount of XP earned every time a Rep earns an Achievement.
- Similarly to the Activities page, there is a Red Circle and Box where XP can be set (up to 1000).
Note: for both Activities and Achievements the Save Changes button must be clicked to save the XP amount set.
Level Models:

Lastly is the Model type that can be selected on the Models tab of XP & Levels.
- There are currently 5 Models to choose from ranging from Military to the Corporate ladder
- Once a Model is selected the Names of each Milestone can be customized.

There is also a tracker to see where your reps are at in their progression through the Levels
- The icons represent each rep and after your reps reach max level they can "Prestige" (start over) and continue leveling up!
Note: Each level is earned at 1000 XP.
