Configuring and customizing XP & Levels in Amplify offers a powerful way to motivate your sales team and track their progress. Part 1: Manage XP & Levels
This part will demonstrate how users can manage XP & Levels from the Amplify web page.
- Access Amplify from the SalesRabbit Web App.
- From the Amplify web page, navigate to "Manage" -> select "XP & Levels".
Part 2: XP Configuration
This part will demonstrate how to configure how much XP a user can earn for accomplishing a certain task. Those tasks can include marking a lead with a specific Lead Status or earning a certain Achievement.
- Under "Activities", users can set the amount of XP that is earned per Activity (Lead Status).
- In order to set XP for each activity type (lead disposition), drag the red circle on the bar to the desired XP amount (up to 1,000), or set the exact XP amount in the text box to the left of the red circle
- Click "Save Changes" to apply any changes made to the page.
- Note: in the example below, a user will earn 250 XP for each time that user marks a "Adjuster Meeting" disposition.
- Under "Achievements", users can set the amount of XP that is earned per Achievement.
- In order to set XP for an active achievement, drag the red circle on the bar to the desired XP amount (up to 1,000), or set the exact XP amount in the text box to the left of the red circle
- Click "Save Changes" to apply any changes made to the page.
- Note: in the example below, a user will earn 500 XP for each time that user earns the "Weekly Hat Trick: Sold" Achievement.
Part 3: Level Configuration
This part will cover how to set up levels for the earned XP.
- Under "Models", select from the 5 models for users to level up between.
- Model types currently include Military, Gem, Medieval, Karate Belts, or Corporate model.
- Tip: once a model is selected, the names of each model "Milestone" can be customized.
- Click "Save Changes" to save the selection.
- Model types currently include Military, Gem, Medieval, Karate Belts, or Corporate model.
- Under "Levels", track which level each user is at according to their current amount of earned XP.
- Each level is earned at 1,000 XP.
- When a user reaches the max level, they can "Prestige" (start over) and continue leveling up!
- In the below screenshot, the profile icons represent each user and their current level.
Part 4: View XP & Level on Web
This part will cover how to view a user's earned XP & current Level from the Amplify web page. Additionally, users can set up a widget on their dashboard to report/display their user's earned XP & current Levels..
- Users can log onto the Amplify web page by selecting their "User Profile" icon in the upper right corner -> selecting "View My Profile".
- Under the "Game Stats" tab, users can view their Level and amount of earned XP.
- Additionally, users can create and add a widget to their Dashboard(s) to display user XP & Levels.
Part 5: View XP & Level on Mobile
This part will cover how to view a user's earned XP & current Level from the Amplify mobile app.
- Users can log onto the Amplify app -> select their "User Profile" icon in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to the "Game Stats" tab and the logged in user's earned XP and current level will display.
