Exporting Leads from Canvass

If you are transitioning from Canvass to SalesRabbit and would like to import your current list of leads, this article covers how to export your data from Canvass.

Part 1: Log in

  • Log into the Canvass Web App.
  • Click the "Configure" dropdown from the left-hand menu.
  • Click "Export Interactions".

Part 2: Filter

  • Select your desired Data Range, Groups, Employees, and Sources.
    • Tip: leave all fields blank to export everything.
  • Click "Submit".

Part 3: Download the Export File

  • After clicking "Submit", you will be presented with a loading screen and your file will be processed in the background.

  • Once the file is ready, the page will reload with a link to download your .CSV file.
  • The file will also appear on the "Export Interactions" page if you need to redownload the file.

  • Click the "Download" link.
  • Save the file to your computer and remember where you saved your file.
  • You can then upload that file into SalesRabbit.
