Exporting Leads from SPOTIO

If you are transitioning from SPOTIO 2.0 to SalesRabbit and would like to import your current list of leads, this article covers how to export your data from SPOTIO.

Part 1: Access your Leads in SPOTIO

Here are steps for logging into SPOTIO and accessing your Leads. You will need to log in to your SPOTIO account to access your data and export it to SalesRabbit.

  • Log in to your SPOTIO account on the website.
  • Access your Pipeline by Navigating to the funnel icon on the left-hand menu.

Part 2: Filter the Leads

Now that you are logged in you will want to filter the leads you are exporting, here are steps to do so.

  • Click the funnel icon (Filter button) on the left-hand menu.
  • Expand the filters menu by clicking the "Show Filters" bar.

  • Using the Filter options, select the Timeframe, Reps, and Stages that you wish to export.

Part 3: Export Leads

Once you have successfully selected the necessary filters you are ready to export the Leads.

  • Click the yellow button on the upper right-hand side that says "Export Records'
    • The number of records filtered will be shown on the button to say "Export [number of leads] Records.
  • Clicking the button will create a file, be sure to to "Save" the file in a place you can find it and with a title to identify it, such as "SPOTIO leads export".
  • Convert the file to a csv if not done automatically.

  • Import the csv file on your SalesRabbit account.
