Fallback to Off-Market:
- In some areas, closed data is not available so our Movers feed is only able to know if a home is on the market or now off-market. You have the option to leverage off-market statuses in areas where "closed" info is not available. This means that a home that is no longer listed for sale will be considered "closed" even though it could be either closed or an expiring listing.

Manage Postal Code Assignments

Leads added to SalesRabbit with the Movers Add-On MUST be assigned a user in SalesRabbit. The system will use a "Simple Postal Code Assignment" to make those lead ownership assignment.
- To set up Simple Postal Code Assignment, admins/owners must manually enter in the Postal Codes and choose which user they'd like the Movers leads from that Postal code to be assigned to by using the mapping feature available on this page.
- To utilize the Simple Postal Code Assignment, select "Add a New Mapping" -> enter in the postal code -> select the user you'd like leads created in that postal code to be assigned to.
- Continue performing this step until you've entered in all your needed postal codes. Postal code assignments can only be made to 1 user per postal code.
-
Accounts have the the option to use "Bulk Postal Code Assignment" instead.
- Larger organizations with extensive coverage can utilize Bulk Postal Code Assignment and make postal code assignments on a spreadsheet for enhanced lead distribution flexibility.
- Note: when enabled, Simple Postal Code Assignment will be ignored. Any assignments that distribute leads in bulk will count against the granted allotment of Mover Leads.

Sync Historical Records
- This is an initial option to get recent Movers leads uploaded into your account.
-
To do so, please send the following to your CSM or SalesRabbit Support and they can finish configuring the back sync:
- The Movers Lead Back Sync URL (copied from your configuration wizard).
- The end date for the back sync period.
- How many days back from that end date you'd like to retrieve (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).
-
Example: let's say you wanted leads from the beginning of June to the end of August.
- End Date = August 31st, 2025 and 90 days (accounting for August, July, and June).

- After performing the steps for the bulk postal code assignment sheet in Part 2 of this article and completed the Movers configuration at least once, you can then manage the spreadsheet!
- The Bulk Postal Code Assignment spreadsheet allows users to quickly enable/disable receiving movers leads for specific zip codes without having to enter them manually in the Simple Postal Code Assignment section of the configuration.
- Under the "Assigned User Email" column of the spreadsheet, select the user you'd like the Mover Leads from that zip code to be assigned to.
- Tip: it's common for accounts to have all Mover leads be assigned to a Admin/Manager, who will then reassign the leads to a specific canvasser within SalesRabbit.
- Under the "Assignment Status" column of the spreadsheet, set desired Zip Codes from "Inactive" to "Active" (or vice versa). Accounts will receive new movers leads from zip codes that are active on their spreadsheet.
- Accounts will begin receiving new Movers leads for zip codes that are "Active" and have a set assigned user email.
Pro Tips
- Create a "Movers" lead status to set all uploaded leads to.
