Integration Setup
The following steps are required to setup the HailTrace maps integration.
Note: This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans. Additionally administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.
Step 1.) To begin simply navigate the to HailTrace integration inside of the SalesRabbit Marketplace.
Step 2.) Click on the "Configuration" tab and "Enable" the Integration
Step 3.) Enter Your Credentials
- Enter your HailTrace API Key.
- If you need assistance creating or finding your API Key, follow this article.
- Select the user you'd like to assign the maps to in SalesRabbit
- Optionally, check the box for email notifications and enter in the emails you'd like to get notified along with their names.
Step 4.) Back-Sync
The option to "Back-Sync" maps is available as a one-time solution. Selecting the check box and 30, 60, 90, or 180 days will upload all the maps from your HailTrace account, within those selected days, to SalesRabbit.

SalesRabbit will now check for maps daily and add them automatically to your account!
