What It Does
The integration automates the process of importing all maps created in HailTrace within the last 24 hours into SalesRabbit, making them accessible to all representatives in your company.
To apply these map overlays, users must access them through the mobile app filters. The integration will run daily at 6 am MST to check for any available maps related to storms in your targeted areas.
All representatives in your company will have access to the maps in SalesRabbit by default. However, access can be modified after the maps have been uploaded. For your convenience, it is possible to set up email notifications to alert you when a map is uploaded to SalesRabbit. Please note that this feature cannot be accessed through the mobile app and must be requested.
In the event that a storm map for a particular date has not been uploaded, a manual load may be requested.
