Article Overview

The following steps are required to setup the Zoho CRM integration through the SalesRabbit Marketplace.

Note: This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans. Additionally administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.

Part 1: Create "Zoho ID" Custom Field

This part will cover how to build an API custom lead field in SalesRabbit for your Zoho Integration.

  • Login to SalesRabbit Web App.
  • From the left menu, select "Settings" -> "Custom Lead Fields".

  • Create a new API custom field and call it "Zoho ID". Make sure the text matches the screenshot below.

  • Select "Publish" in the bottom right corner.

Part 2: Create Form

This part will cover how to build a form to use for the form submission for your Zoho Integration.

  • From the SalesRabbit Web App, select "Settings" -> "Form Builder".

  • Select "+ New Form" to build the form your reps will submit to push lead information from SalesRabbit to Zoho.

  • In the upper left corner, give this form a name (ex: Submit to Zoho).
  • Near the center of your screen, name the section "Customer Information".
  • On the left hand side, click and drag the following fields from the Lead Fields or Form Fields dropdowns onto the customer information section of your form.

Zoho ID Lead Field - API Not Required* *This field MUST be on the form. It is the Reference ID to update or create the Zoho CRM Contact.  
  • The created form should look like this:

  • Before publishing, select the cogwheel icon in the upper left corner of the form and enable the "Custom Form Results".

  • Once completed, select "Publish" in the bottom right corner to save your form!
    • Note: you can always make changes to this form if needed.

Part 3: Create SalesRabbit ID Custom Field in Zoho

This part will cover how to create a custom field for the SalesRabbit ID in your Zoho account.

  • In a new tab, go to "https://www.zoho.com/crm/login.html" and log in.
  • Once logged into Zoho, navigate to "Settings" -> "Customization" -> "Modules and Fields" -> "Leads" -> "Fields".
  • Select the blue bottom named "Create & Edit Fields".
  • Drag the "Single Line" field from the left onto where you'd like the field to live on the right.
  • In the field name, enter in "SalesRabbit ID" (example below).

Part 4: Zoho CRM Integration Configuration Wizard

This part will walk you through the Zoho Integration Configuration wizard found in the SalesRabbit Web App.

  • Back in SalesRabbit Web App, run through the Zoho Integration Configuration by navigating to "Integrations" -> "MarketPlace" -> Select the Zoho CRM Integration Card.

  • Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and click "Enable".

  • Connect your Zoho CRM account by selecting "New Authentication".
  • Select the form that this integration will use to submit lead information from SalesRabbit to Zoho.
    • Note: this is the form that was built in Part 2 of this article.

  • Optionally, you can map your SalesRabbit Lead Statuses to your Zoho account's Statuses.
  • Optionally, map your SalesRabbit Custom Fields to your Zoho Fields. Make sure to type in the correct field ID as it appears in Zoho and select "Finish".

  • Your Zoho CRM Integration should now be live and allow you to create leads in Zoho CRM through form submission! If you have any issues or problems, please reach out to SalesRabbit Support or to your CSM with additional help configuring this integration.
  • Note: If you wish to disable or reconfigure this integration at any time, you can do so by clicking "Disable" or "Reconfigure" respectively. Additionally, this the integration is currently live, you should see an "Enabled" indicator on the integration.
