What does this integration do?

The current capabilities of the integration are:

  • Form Submission only from SalesRabbit to PestPac
  • Mapping SalesRabbit custom form fields to PestPac:
    • Branch
    • Source
    • Note type
    • Services
    • Schedules
    • Regions
  • An option to allow SalesRabbit to create Service Setups in PestPac
  • Mapping SalesRabbit Users to PestPac technicians
  • An option to allow PestPac to create, update, and/or delete customer locator pins from your SalesRabbit account. When enabled you'll need to tell SalesRabbit what to do when a PestPac location becomes inactive. The options are:
    • Delete the customer locator pin
    • Convert to an inactive customer locator pin
  • Taking payments via PestPac’s hosted ePay portal through a SalesRabbit connector. (see connector setup and walkthrough)
