Overview:

Note: before you begin the PestPac integration setup, please work with your implementation specialist or customer success manager to contact PestPac and enable API access for your company.

What does this integration do?

  • Form submission only from SalesRabbit -> PestPac.
  • Customer determines:
    • Note Type, Source, and Branch (you can only assign 1 branch to the integration).
  • Mapping SalesRabbit Custom Fields to PestPac:
    • Initial Technician, Initial Appointment, Services, Regions, and Schedules (this isn't schedule a rep, it is schedule of the service; monthly, bi-monthly, etc.).
  • An option to allow SalesRabbit to create Service Setups in PestPac.
  • An option to allow pestPac to create, update, and/or delete customer locator pins from your SalesRabbit account. When enabled, you'll need to tell SalesRabbit what to do when a PestPac location becomes inactive. The options are:
    • Delete the customer locator pin or convert to an inactive customer locator pin.
  • Taking payments via PestPac's hosted ePay portal through a SalesRabbit Connector.
