This article demonstrates how to set up DataGrid: Business Search for your account.
Tip: Only Pro/Enterprise accounts with the DataGrid Add-On will have access this this feature. Users must have Owner/Admin access in order to complete the setup.
Part 1: Form Creation
This part will walk users through the steps to build the form necessary to run DataGrid: Business Search.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> "Form Builder".
- Next, select "+ New Form" in the upper right corner to build a new form for DataGrid: Business search.

On your new form, complete the following steps:
- Step 1: Name your form in the upper left corner. (ex. DataGrid: Business Search).

Step 2: under the "Form Fields" dropdown and drag the following fields onto your form.
- Text Field: rename this field to "Keyword".
- Dropdown Field: rename this field to "Radius (meters)" and list the following options as 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1500.
- Note: these field names and options must match exactly.

- Step 4: select the cogwheel icon in the upper left corner.

- Enable "Custom Form Results".

- Step 5: click "Publish" and confirm to save your new form.
Part 2: DataGrid: Business Search Configuration Wizard
The part will demonstrate how to complete your DataGrid: Business Search setup in the configuration wizard.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Integrations" -> "Marketplace" -> "Add-Ons" -> select the "DataGrid - Business" tile.
- Next, navigate to "Configuration" -> click "Enable" or "Reconfigure".
- Select the form that was created in Part 1 of this article. This form will be used for this add-on.
- Select the lead status you'd like the newly created leads to be marked with. When a search find businesses, then those places are converted into leads.
- Click "Finish" to complete your DataGrid: Business Search setup.
- You're all set! Next, you'll need to drop a pin and submit a form in the mobile app to begin populating leads on nearby businesses.
Part 3: Using DataGrid: Business Search on Mobile (iOS)
This part will demonstrate how to run DataGrid: Business Search on the iOS mobile app. These function will not operate correctly unless part 1 & 2 of this article have been completed.
