Basic Appointment Setting (iOS & Android)

Article Overview 

In this Article we will cover how to create an appointment for a lead in the SalesRabbit Mobile App. This articles demonstrates the basic appointment setting feature. 

Pro Accounts may have access to Scheduler, an advanced appointment setting feature. Pro accounts can inquire about Scheduler by reaching out to the SalesRabbit Support Team.


Create an Appointment (iOS)

  • Navigate to the "SalesHub" -> Create a Lead or select an existing Lead.
  • Select the Pencil Icon.
  • Scroll down to the "Set Appointment" button and select it.
  • Choose a Date and Time for to return to that lead.
  • Tap away from the appointment setting screen.
  • A trash can icon will appear next to the date and time (this means that the appointment has been set and saved).
  • The set appointment will now be visible on the user's "My Appointments" calendar on the Home tab.
  • Note: the "My Appointments" calendar only displays the signed in user's appointments for their assigned leads.

Create an Appointment (Android)

  • Select the three line icon in the upper left corner -> navigate to the "SalesHub".
  • Create a Lead or select an existing Lead -> select the "Edit" pencil icon.
  • Scroll down to the "Appointment/Callback Time" field -> use the "Date" and "Time" fields to enter the scheduled time.
  • After entering a Date and Time, a trash can icon will appear next to the date and time (this means that your appointment has been set and saved).
  • The set appointment will now be visible on the user's "My Appointments" calendar on the Home tab.
  • Note: the "My Appointments" calendar only displays the signed in user's appointments for their assigned leads.

Pro Tips

  • This is only the flow for the non-scheduler users.
  • Toggling on the "Sync to default calendar?"(iOS) or "Calendar Sync"(Android) in the Settings menu will sync set appointments to the default calendar on a user's device (can be any calendar type as long as it is the default calendar on your device in device settings).
