File Attachments (iOS)

Article Overview

This article covers how to attach files to a lead from an iOS device.

Note: You are able to attach 20 files to a single lead. With a max file size of 200Mb.



 

 

1) Select the Lead needing a file attachment. After selecting the Lead, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the upper right-hand corner of this menu.

2) To the right of "Info" in the upper left hand corner, click "Files.

3) On the Files tab, if there are already files attached you will see them listed here. If not, click on the "Add New File" button at the bottom of the page.

4) Options will appear prompting you to attach a file by searching your photo library ("Photo Library"), taking a photo ("Take Photo"), or uploading a file saved to your device ("Upload File").

5. In this example, are uploading a file from our saved files on our device.

6. After selecting the file, you'll be prompted to name that file. Once finished, click "Done.

7) The attached file will now be displayed under the "Files" tab.

8) Selecting the file will open a file viewer. From here the file can be examined, downloaded, or deleted. A file can also be deleted if you swipe right on the file inside the main Files tab. 

The delete option is accessed by swiping the file left.
