This article covers how to attach files to a lead from an Android device.
Note: You are able to attach 20 files to a single lead. With a max file size of 200Mb.
How to add files to a Lead:
Select the lead needing a file attachment. After selecting the lead, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the upper right hand corner of this menu.
To the right of "Info" in the upper left hand corner, click "Files."
On the Files tab, if there are already files attached you will see them listed here. If not, click on the "+" button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Options will appear prompting you to attach a file by searching your photo library ("Photos"), taking a photo ("Camera"), or uploading a file saved to your device ("Others").
The attached file will now be displayed under the "Files" tab.
In this example, you are uploading a file from our photo library. After selecting the edit (pencil) icon you may name the file.
Selecting the file will open a file viewer. From here the file can be examined, downloaded, or deleted. A file can also be deleted if you swipe right on the file inside the main Files tab.
