This guide explains how account admins in Amplify can assign and manage budgets for admins to control their spend on competitions and endorsements effectively. Learn how to allocate budgets, approve budget requests, and monitor spending within the Reward Shop.

TIP: In order to offer coins as a reward for competitions, coins must be pulled from a user's budgeted amount.


Part 1: Allocating Budget

Amplify allows account admins to assign budgets for admins, enabling a controlled spending on competitions and endorsements.

  • From the Amplify Web App, navigate to "Rewards" -> navigate to "Coins Budget".
  • Only Amplify users with company or "Rewards" permission enabled will appear on the user list on the Coins Budget.
  • Account admins will use the "Manage Budget" button to provide budget for users. Additionally, other admins can request budget, which account admins can approve or decline from this page as well.
  • Admins can choose to use their budget (or own coins) for endorsements, with mandatory budget use for competition prizes.
  • A detailed overview of budget usage is available in the Reward Shop under the "Budget" tab.

  • Account admins have the authority to self-allocate budgets and monitor individual transactions, ensuring expenditures align with company needs.
