Filter Feed Content by Teams
In Amplify, feeds can be customized to display content from specific teams, either through the teams assigned to a feed or custom source filters.
- From the Amplify Web App, navigate to "Home" in the left menu, select "More Actions" -> click "Edit", "Manage Feeds", or "Create New". In this example, we will select "Create New".
- Users will then be able to create a new feed and edit which teams have access to that feed.
- Assign teams to the feed using the "+ Add All" button or individually with the "+" button.
- Selected teams will then have access to information on that feed.
- Example: a feed set for the Lehi, Provo, and Salt Lake team will only show achievements and battles from Lehi, Provo, and Salt Lake.
- Custom source filters: Setting custom team filters for a source, like Achievements, allows inclusion of content from additional teams, such as Oslo and Paris, in the feed.
- Note: by default, only content from the teams selected above will appear in the feed. If you want to specify a different selection of teams for a source, select "Set Custom Team Filter" and choose the desired teams.
- Use the associated toggles to enable specific sources in the feed. Sources include:
- Achievements:
- Battles:
- Endorsement:
- Birthday:
- New Employee:
- Work Anniversary:
- Rewards:
