Sort/Filter Amplify Reports

Amplify's interface features tables for presenting data, particularly useful in viewing personal reports. These tables enable users to sort data based on column values, facilitating a more streamlined analysis.

  • From the Amplify Web App, navigate to "Reports" in the left menu.
  • The top of the Reports sections allows users to filter/sort reports by 
    • Activity Type: search for records based on their activity type (Lead Stage, Lead Status, Resulting Stage, and Resulting Status).
    • Period: search for records created within a designated time period (today, last 7 days, current month...).
    • From/To: search for records created within a custom date range.
    • Group By: filter for records by groupings.
    • Refresh: refresh the records page, pulling in the most recent records.
  • The next row includes option to filter/sort reports by column headers.
    • User: filter for records belonging to a specific Amplify user(s).
    • Department: filter for records belonging to a specific Amplify department(s).
    • Team: filter for records belonging to a specific Amplify team(s).
    • Activity: filter for records marked with specific SalesRabbit Lead Status(es).
    • Lead Name: search for records by a specific SalesRabbit Lead Name.
    • SalesRabbit ID: search for records by the SalesRabbit Lead ID.
      • Note: the SalesRabbit ID can also be found in the URL on the lead's detail page in SalesRabbit.
  • Proximity: filter records by the user's proximity to the lead when the action occurred.
  • After sorting/filtering for specific reports, users can "Delete" selected reports, or perform bulk actions like Importing, Exporting, Disabling, and Batch Deleting reports under the "More Actions" button in the upper right corner.
