Part 1: Add/Remove Slides from a Playlist

This part demonstrates how to add or remove a slide from an existing playlist in Amplify.

  • Click on "Manage" at the bottom left corner of Amplify.
  • A menu will pop up, proceed to click on "Screens" under the Company headline.
  • Navigate to the "Playlist" section.
  • From the left side section, click on the name of the playlist to add/remove a slide.
  • In the middle section, the slides currently active in the playlist will appear.
  • In the right section you will see available slides you can add to the playlist.

Part 2: Edit an Existing Playlist

This part will show how to edit an existing playlist.

  • From the "Screens" page -> select the "Playlist" containing the slide you'd like to edit.
  • Next, select the "Three Dot" icon next to the slide you'd like to manage.
  • Manage options include:
    • Reload: reloads all screens running on the playlist.
    • Copy: copy the playlist.
    • Preview: preview the playlist.
    • Reorder Slides: reorder the slides within the playlist.
    • Active Hours: set hours the playlist will run.
    • Delete: delete the playlist.

Part 3: Edit an Existing Slide

This part will show how to edit an existing slide in a playlist.

  • From the "Screens" page -> select the "Playlist" containing the slide you'd like to edit.
  • Next, select the "Cogwheel" icon next to the slide you'd like to manage.
  • Manage options include:
    • Edit the slide.
    • Copy the slide.
    • Preview the slide.
    • Set the slide duration.
