This guide provides instructions on how to mute or enable notification sounds within the Amplify web browser window.
Part 1: Log in to Amplify
Accessing the Amplify web browser.
- Log in to your Amplify account on app.amplify.salesrabbit.com
- The email address and password required for log in are the same as your SalesRabbit email and password.
- You will be brought to this page which is the main browser page for Amplify on the web.
- Locate the Notifications window. IE: The bell icon on the upper right-hand side.
- All users can access the notifications window and mute notifications regardless of access level or role.
Part 2: Mute Web Notifications.
How to silence notifications on the web version of Amplify.
- Click the bell icon in the upper right to access the notifications window.
- In the notifications window, click on the megaphone icon to silence the notification sounds. A small x will appear to the right of the megaphone indicating that notifications have been muted.
- You can re-enable sound notifications by clicking the megaphone icon again, when you do the sound signal will reappear and replace the x.
