Article Overview
This article covers how to configure your DataGrid AI settings and set the roles and permissions for DataGrid AI. These adjustments can be made by an Owner or Admin role.
Product Overview
DataGrid AI uses thousands of data points to identify your industry's ideal customer. It then analyzes homeowner information and assigns a "Buyer Score" to homes, neighborhoods, counties, cities, and states. It quickly scores and labels homes and areas so you can instantly identify high-potential opportunities to canvass. Field users can then instantly convert "DataGrid AI Pins" into leads and track them through your sales funnel.
Note: This feature is only available to companies that have added the DataGrid package to their billing plan. If you would like to add this to your plan, please contact SalesRabbit Support.
Part 1: DataGrid AI Configuration
This part will cover how to select a DataGrid model. Without completing this step, accounts will not be able to view Buyer Score information on DataGrid Pins and Areas.
- From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> "DataGrid AI".
- Select the DataGrid model that best matches your industry. Failing to select a buyer score model will result in not seeing a buyer score on pinned homes/areas.
- Note: the "Custom" option is for Enterprise Level accounts only.
- You've just set your DataGrid AI model and will begin to see Buyer Scores display on pinned homes and areas. You can change your DataGrid AI model at any time. Be aware that this will change the quality of the score.
- Optionally, user are able to "Preserve the Buyer Score" after converting a DataGrid Pin into a lead by creating a custom lead field and selecting the field name on the same page.
- Note: Custom Lead Fields are only available to Pro Accounts or higher. If you are a Team Account, you can preserve the buyer score by manually entering the Buyer Score into the lead's Notes field as you convert them.
- To create the custom lead field to preserve the Buyer Score, navigate to "Settings" -> "Custom Lead Fields".
- Select and create a new API Custom Field and rename it "Buyer Score".
- Select "Publish" and confirm.
- After publishing, navigate back to "Settings" -> "DataGrid AI" and select your "Buyer Score" custom field to preserve the buyer score.
- The DataGrid Buyer will now be preserved in your Buyer Score custom lead field when converting a DataGrid Pin into a lead on your mobile device.
Part 2: DataGrid AI Permissions
After selecting a DataGrid AI model, it's important to understand the three additional DataGrid permissions that can be adjusted for each of your roles.
- To edit Roles & Permissions, navigate to "Settings" -> "Roles & Permissions".
- The three DataGrid permissions that can be edited for each role are:
- DataGrid Areas: ability to view DataGrid Buyer Scores and average demographic information on homes in pre-determined areas/zones/neighborhoods.
- DataGrid Buyer Scores: ability to view DataGrid Buyer Scores for individual homes.
-
DataGrid On-Demand: ability to view DataGrid Pins and information for homes within 300 meters of the user's current physical location.
- Note: when this permission is toggled off, the user will only be able to view DataGrid Pins on homes inside of their assigned areas.
- To adjust the DataGrid AI permissions for a role, simply select the role, then toggle the permission on/off based on the role's needs.
