The following steps are required to set up the Tier32 integration through the SalesRabbit Marketplace.
Note: This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans. Additionally, administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.
Part 1: Create Tier32 ID Field
1. Go to SalesRabbit and login. On the left hand side, click "Settings".
2. Next, click on "Custom Fields".
3. Create a field called "Tier32 ID" and make sure the text matches the screenshot.
4. Click "Publish".
Part 2: Form Creation
Optional: The integration has an option to create accounts in Tier32 automatically based on a SalesRabbit Lead Status change, if you'd like to go that route instead of having your reps submit a form, you can skip to Part 3: Configure Tier32 Integration.
The form submission option is recommended over the lead sync option as it's more reliable and you can make sure all of the data is there before sending it to Tier32.
Create a New Form under Settings > Form Builder.

Select the Tier32 Integration Card.
Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and click "Enable"
1) Tier32 Integration Configuration
Here you'll need to follow the instructions on the page and reach out to Tier32 Support to get some information that you'll need to configure the integration and connect it with your account. Once you've filled out those fields, go ahead and click, "Next."
2) Form Submission Configuration (Recommended)
This is optional, you can either send leads to Tier32 via Form Submission or through the Lead Status Sync, if you'd like to use Lead Sync you can go ahead and click "Next". Otherwise, please select the correct published form(s) from the dropdown list (which you made for Step 1), click Next.
This option is recommended over the lead sync option as it's more reliable and you can make sure all of the data is there before sending it to Tier32.
3) Updated Lead Status Configuration
This is optional, you can either send leads to Tier32 via Form Submission or through the lead status sync, if you'd like to use Form Submission and have already configured that, you can go ahead and click "Finish". Otherwise, please check the checkbox and add the SalesRabbit Lead statuses you want to allow as triggers from the dropdown list, click "Next."
Note: If you wish to disable or reconfigure this integration at any time you can do so by clicking "Disable" or "Reconfigure" respectively. Additionally, if the integration is currently live you should see an "enabled" indicator on the integration.
Part 4: Add Tier32 User ID's to SalesRabbit
The final step in the integration setup is to retrieve your rep's user ID's and add them to the External ID field in SalesRabbit. Here is an example:
1) In Tier32 have the rep click on their name in the top right corner > My Account > Under Account information you should see a "User ID" field. Have them copy and send you the value in that field.
2) In SalesRabbit go to Users > Find each rep and add their corresponding Tier32 User ID to the External IDs field and click "ADD" or hit enter. Wait just a moment and you'll see it say "Last Saved: a few seconds ago" at the top of the screen. Repeat for each of your reps.
Your Tier32 integration should now be live and allow you to create Accounts via form submission or lead sync! If you have any issues or problems please reach out to Support or your CSM for help configuring this integration.
