Sunlight Financial | Setup

The following steps are required to setup the Sunlight Financial integration through the SalesRabbit Marketplace. Note: This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans. Additionally administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.  

 

Part 1: Authorize SalesRabbit with Sunlight Financial

 

Sign the SalesRabbit addendum to your Sunlight Financial Agreement, if you have not done this already. If you do not have a direct relationship with Sunlight Financial, you need to ensure this has been signed by the entity you process your Sunlight Financial financing through. This step authorizes SalesRabbit to integrate on your behalf.

After this has been done, Sunlight Financial will create and send SalesRabbit a unique username that will be used to power the integration.

 

Part 2: Form Creation

  1. Create a New Form. Make three sections called "Contact Info", "Income", and "Legal" and import the following lead/ form fields.

Income Description:

Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if you do not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this account.

Credit Consent:

By clicking "Submit", you are providing Express Written Consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for Sunlight Financial LLC and your installer to obtain your consumer credit report from the contracted Credit Bureau(s) associated with your pre-qualification for a credit inquiry. This is a soft-pull of credit that, in no way, affects your credit score.

Notice at Collection of Personal Information:

Sunlight Financial LLC will collect the following categories of information to complete your application for a solar or home improvement loan with one of its lending partners:
·      Personal identifiers such as a name, address, email address, telephone number, and Social Security number;
·      Commercial information such as records of property ownership and products or services purchased;
·      Employment information such as occupation, employer, and work phone number;
·      Internet or electronic network activity; and
·      Credit and financial information such as bank routing and account number, credit or debit card information, credit history, and other financial information.

*Turn the "Show Name" ON for Credit Consent and Notice at Collection of Personal Information and OFF for Income Description.

  1. Turn on Custom Form Responses

4. Click on “Publish” Button and confirm.

Part 3: Configure Sunlight Financial Integration

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace under "Integrations". (Must have admin access)
  2. Select the Sunlight Financial Integration Card.
  3. Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and click "Enable".
  4. Enter your Admin Email and select your form from the dropdown list and click "Finish".

Note: If you wish to disable or reconfigure this integration at any time you can do so by clicking "Disable" or "Reconfigure" respectively.  Additionally, if the integration is currently live you should see an "enabled" indicator on the integration.
