Part 1: Create Sunrun Bright Path Connector

This part will demonstrate how to build the connector for this integration from the SalesRabbit Web App. Setting up this connector allows users to pass SalesRabbit lead information into Sunrun Bright Path from the mobile app.

  • From the SalesRabbit Web App, navigate to "Settings" -> click "Connectors".

  • Click the "Create New" button, or "Get Started" if this is your first Connector.

  • Within the Connector creation page:
    • Connector Type: set to "App Connect".
    • Name: name the connector (ex: Bright Path Mobile).
    • URL: copy and paste the following code into this section:
      • brightpath-mobile://prospect?address={lead.street1}%2C%20{lead.city}%2C%20{lead.state}%2C%20{lead.postalCode}&firstName={lead.firstName}&lastName={lead.lastName}&homePhone={lead.phonePrimary}&email={lead.email}&notes={lead.notes}
    • Connected to Lead?: set to "Required".
    • Visibility: select the user(s), office(s), region(s), or department(s) that should have access to this Connector.
    • Click "Save" to apply your changes.

  • Congratulations, you have just completed the setup for your BrightPath mobile connector!
  • From the Connector Home Page, users are able to edit, delete or disable this connector at any time.

Part 2: Accessing the Sunrun Bright Path Connector

This part will demonstrate how to access the Sunrun Bright Path Connector from the SalesRabbit iOS mobile app.

  • From the SalesRabbit mobile app, select an existing lead click the "Edit" lead icon to access that lead's details page.

  • Enter in the necessary lead information (name, phone, email, notes...).
  • Select the Connector icon in the upper right corner -> if you have multiple connectors, select the "Bright Path Mobile" option.
